Create repository option missing

I cannot see an option to Create Repository in Docker Hub. Its not where the documentation shows me it is.

I created a Docker Hub account about 2 years ago. At that time I created a private repository. There seems to be a limitation of 1 free private repo. As I needed a new repo and couldn’t see how to create a public one, I deleted that repo. That still did not allow me to create a repo.

So, can anyone explain why I cannot create a public repository?

Chrome and Firefox browsers both missing the create repository button.

Same to me. I once created a private repository, now I can’t find the button to create a public repository.
Is it official to limit?

Same - went in today and the create button is gone.

Are they no longer accepting public repository additions?
