Debug Mode (Server) setting

I’m on Windows 10, running Docker 17.12.0-ce-win47. When I run Docker info I get the following information:

Is there a good reason why Debug Mode (Server) is set to true? Would it better my performance if I were to set that to false? If so, how can i set it to false?

Thanks

Did you find an answer to this? Struggling with a performance issue in docker and wondering if this would help.
