Docke Swarm Monitoring

Hi
I need to monitor my swarm cluster. I am already using Prometheus & Grafana to monitor our environment excluding swarm. I googled and found some documents but in all docs, they started everything from scratch. I need only the integration part.
Can anyone please help me with the integration and configuration part?

Also, Can we perform overall monitoring using cAdvisor? Or need to add something else?

Thanks, @meyay This is the complete kit but I need only swarm integration part because I have already configured Prometheus and Grafana.
