Docker-compose issues on Latest update version 1.13.0-rc6-beta36 (14969)

Docker-compose up --force-recreate reuses and renames existing container instead of creating a new one.

This was not the case before the latest update 1.13.0-rc6-beta36

Is anyone else noticing this strange behaviour?
