Docker desktop cannot be installed at windows server 2016

i have installed DDE at windows server 2016
then i would like to make use of Docker Desktop to configure docker instead of using CLI.
upon execute the msi application, below error is displyed/
Docker Desktop requires Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise version 15063 to run.

may i know what is missing, what else should i install?

You will need to install Docker Desktop 2.0.0.3 I believe. Docker is no longer updating for 2016
