i have installed hyper-v at VM windows server 2019, then installed docker desktop version 2.1
i saw one VM “DockerDesktop VM” added at jyper-V manager.
but error prompted
Failed to start the virtual machine ‘DockerDesktopVM’ because one of the Hyper-V components is not running.
