Hello I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling docker desktop , i have checked all settings and confirmed wsl version. Still unable to launch Docker Desktop as it is stuck loading “Starting docker engine”

You should provide more context to your issue. You didn’t mention what operating system you are using, which version, how you installed Docker Desktop. How do you expect help without providing any context at all?
Windows 11 Education, latest version of docker desktop, installed from docker website, WSL version 2. Tried reinstalling , removing app data folders and reinstalling. issues persists
