Docker desktop will not run

Hello, I am a docker beginner and I am at my wit’s end with Running Docker Desktop in my laptop. I have been at it for 2 days now, and I don’t know where to look anymore. I have tried installing WSL but it does not always work.
it is always stuck in Docker Desktop waiting, but it suddenly crashes and shows nothing. I did have some progress at one point where it will not crash, but that was before my laptop was reset, and I am trying to achieve that again. I have already tried a lot of the solutions available online with topics similar to mine, but none have worked.

I am using Docker to integrate with Springboot.

If it helps, I am currently using :

Windows 11 home,

And an ASUS tuf laptop using Ryzen 7.

Can you point me to the right direction?
