Was using revo uninstaller and was suddenly having issues, after a few restarts where I guess Windows repaired registry I tried using docker and this issue popped up.

When I try doing what the popup says I just get “This file cannot be accessed.” I ran cmd as administrator in this instance. Any and all help is appreciated!

Try to run Docker as a administrator by just right click on docker.
Same issue, already tried forcing run as admin. WSL is current.
