Docker Engine stopped after setup

I installed the Docker desktop program and it worked well under the most difficult conditions. Due to circumstances, I removed it and reinstalled it again on the Windows 10 system, and it does not work for me at all. It opens the interface and does not respond, and it shows me that the Docker engine has stopped. I went through a very, very difficult journey in removing it and reinstalling it several times, and each time I restarted the Windows system when installing it and when removing it, I tried most of the common solutions from the Internet for 3 days in a row. I feel frustrated, what is the solution?
