Docker: Error response from daemon: CreateComputeSystem lost communication with compute service

.Hi,

I have installed Docker version 18.09.2, build 6247962
OS: Windows 10 Pro

I am able to successfully pull hello-world image from dockerhub. But not able to run hello-world.

Anys suggestions what should I do next ?
