I had the same problem, had to do a hard reset via Reset to factory defaults option.

Same here (diagnostic Id C9644C73-0608-4E39-8F51-890F444353FE).
@gauravphoenix’s solution works. After reset, back to normal…

rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.docker.* solves the problem
