Docker for Windows 10 desktop still spinning after Settings Apply & Restart

I haven’t opened Docker in a while, but am getting back into it (I kept it up to date though when it popped up), and after going into Settings and changing some things, it appears to be stuck, though there’s still single-digit percentages of CPU being used for it, but I can’t tell if it’s actually doing anything useful or just stuck.

How long should I wait for it to finish applying changes and restarting? Or how do I tell if it’s doing anything useful? Or what’s the best way to give it a good kick forward without corrupting anything?

I’ve only played around with it, haven’t built any serious containers (just the initial wizard walkthrough ones), so I can do a complete reinstall from the latest, but I’d just like to know what’s normal for this. I’m on the latest version of Windows 10 Pro; I always stay up to date. Thanks.

I have been trying to update my settings for Dockerhub under Windows 10. After clicking on Kubernetes support, nothing in my Dockerhub works. The settings never stop spinning. I have shut down and restarted. I have removed all the projects. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Dockerhub. Admittedly, I should not have interrupted the Kubernetes installation, but there is no feedback and 20+ minutes is a long time to wait for an install with no progress.

Is there any way to debug a corrupted install?

i still have same issue can help me
