I had docker installed about a year ago and it was working fine. Recently, I had the WSL issue where it wasn’t running properly. In addressing that issue, some how I damaged my installed docker. I uninstalled docker but through a third party app because the windows uninstall wasn’t launching. Now I can’t install docker at all because the newly down loaded installer doesn’t run. I’ve scan the disk, I even installed the repair version of windows 11 home 23H2 but the installer still doesn’t run. Have anyone come across such an issue?
