Docker is getting stopped whenever I am opening it, i am unable to start it

Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?

Same here, M1 2023 with Sonoma, not working.
I think not yet compatible with Sonoma.
