Docker performance Issue on Ubuntu 18.0

200 integration tests runnning on docker (nom tests) on one machine runs in 14 mins

in My machine same 200 integration tests takes 35 mins

Can you please help me know what can I do to increase the performance of docker on my ubuntu 18.0 Machine physical (This machine has the best RAM, Hard disk space and good processor speed, it is a 8 CPU server machine)

Solutions tried
Downgarded libseccomp to 2.3.1 - Didnot work
