docker exec -it subversion /bin/bash
rpc error: code = 2 desc = oci runtime error: exec failed: container_linux.go:247: starting container process caused "process_linux.go:83: executing setns process caused “exit status 15"”

It happens quite frequently, not sure whats the reason … but we are having hard time in handling these kind of situations … that only option is to bounce the docker host itsels.
