Anyone have any thoughts on how to improve Docker speed using Windows 10?
We have been battling Anti-Virus/Malware issues scanning Docker while running. Or corporate IT policy will not allow us to exclude dockers working folders from the scan, but doing so may help.
We have also noticed a huge difference between Core I5 and Core I7 processing speed. I am not sure as to why, but my gut says that Intel has some voodoo baked into I7 that really helps docker.
I know this isn’t an answer, but I hope it helps?

Exclude the VHD from Windows Defender seems a good compromise.
