Does docker hub webhook use the static IP Range

I’m integrating Docker Hub and my Jenkins server using a Docker Hub webhook. I want to update my Jenkins firewall to allow access only from Docker Hub webhook IP ranges. What are the Docker Hub webhook IP ranges?

I found these topics stating that static IP ranges were replaced with AWS elastic IPs. I don’t have a more recent source
