Doker run command gets error: Error response from daemon: driver failed programming external connectivity on ... Error starting userland proxy: listen tcp 10.0.75.1:26001: bind: cannot assign requested address

I am running this command:
docker run -itd -p 10.0.75.1:26001:26001/tcp --name allan_container my_docker_image_name

I get this error:
C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\resources\bin\docker.exe: Error response from daemon: driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint allan_container (fd4dec6dd990c22cac486fba4172ef0c24b504fbaf8836b24d96ac24eb86fcd8): Error starting userland proxy: listen tcp 10.0.75.1:26001: bind: cannot assign requested address

I installed docker version: 2.2.0.42716

I don’t think port binding works in this way.

docker run -itd -p 10.0.75.1:26001:26001/tcp --name allan_container my_docker_image_name

use this one for binding ports
-p 26001:26001
