Hello.

I’m facing an issue trying to install Windows Docker, more specifically its containers feature, to a Windows 2016 server.

The referenced assembly could not be found. Error: 0x80073701

Has anyone had a similar situation and managed to resolve it?

Can you please confirm what steps are you following to deploy on Windows Server? Please note that on Server you can’t install Docker Desktop. Microsoft has documented the process of installing the container feature (with the runtime and CLI) here: Prep Windows operating system containers | Microsoft Docs.
