Error installing Docker 3.6 for WIndows 10 20H2

Error installing Docker 3.6 for WIndows 10. I cannot seem to install docker on my windows 10 enterprise. I have checked all the solutions on the internet. Virtualization is enabled, WSL2 is enabled etc
Microsoft Windows 10 Version 20H2(OS build 19042.110)

The error I encounter is :
Component CommunityInstaller.AutoStartAction failed: Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.

My user profile is enabled to use docker in computer management as well. Your help will be highly appreciated.

if you are using docker desktop with WSL, before re-installing, unregister the existing docker-desktop WSL distribution.

wsl --unregister docker-desktop
