I had a version of Docker Desktop for Windows installed on my system and working before. I tried to upgrade to the latest version yesterday but the installation failed.
Windows 10.0.18362 Build 18362
Docker version 2.3.0.3 - latest as of yesterday
This is very troubling as I rely on Docker Desktop to do my job.
I get this error when the installation fails:
