Error installing Docker on Windows 7 with Docker for Windows Installer.exe

I am trying to install docker with Docker for Windows Installer.exe on Windows 7 and it has not been successful. the error I got is “An unhandled Microsoft .NET Framework exception occurred in Docker for Windows Installer.exe [4600].”

here is the detail

Issue type : Error installing Docker on Windows 7
OS Version/build : Windows 7
App version : N/A
Steps to reproduce : download Docker for Windows Installer.exe and double click the file

if anyone has come across the same issue and has a solution to this problem. Please help. Thank you

Docker CE for windows says Windows 10.
https://www.docker.com/docker-windows
Requires Microsoft Windows 10 Professional or Enterprise 64-bit For previous versions get Docker Toolbox

I think u need docker Toolbox
