Cant install docker with exe

I am trying to install Docker CE on Windows 7. I have downloaded latest stable version ‘Docker for Windows Installer.exe’ and when I try to install, I get following error. I tried installing latest .NET version 4.7, but still same issue.

I found this, which may be interesting to test: https://stefanscherer.github.io/yes-you-can-docker-on-windows-7/ but didn’t test it.
