Expanding persistent data volumes when using Docker for AWS CE

Expected behavior

SSHing to the instance and installing resize2fs will allow the user to expand the filesystem of partitions attached by Cloudstor or REX-ray plugins.

Actual behavior

Not possible, devices aren’t listed (due to the login of docker@ip being a container on top of the host instance)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Start a cluster with Docker for AWS CE
  2. Launch a service that uses a Cloudstor EBS volume or install REX-ray and do the same
  3. Scale the EBS volume through the AWS console
  4. SSH to the instance and try to scale the partition
