Failed building image on VMware Virtual Machine. Error [failed to fetch oauth token]

Hi guys. Thanks for checking this topic post.
I am facing the error when I tried to build a image on a VMware Virtual Machine (Win10). The VM is on my company’s network and using proxy server to access the Internet. The same code has been tested on my local laptop without any issues. I have looked it up the whole day but no solution for this case. I appreciated any help from you. FYI, the below is the error’s output:
