I´m trying to run docker on arm board and I get this error when in run Hello World.

The Internet tells me Docker 19.03 is 4 years old. Maybe install a current release? (Doc)

What kind of arm board?
In some cases, extra kernel modules are required, in raspberry’s case, linux-modules-extra-raspi is required
