Getting Started tutorial gives errors on OS X (El Capitan)

Going through the getting started tutorial, on the ‘build your own image’ section, followed the instructions to the T and get the following errors:

Seem that you can’t access http://archive.ubuntu.com, can you directly tap it in any other browser to see what happend?
