For some reason, my problem was solved after changing network. I was using mobile data with my laptop, i swiched my sim card used for internet, and the issue was solved. Earlier I thought I did something which solved the problem, but later I got same problem with the first sim card, and switching fixed it.
SO maybe its the configurations at your ISP which are causing such problem.
my error message is"=> ERROR [backend internal] load metadata for Docker Hub Container Image Library | App Containerization ", my solution is : docker pull node:22
