How to PAY SUBSCRIPTION?

I just want to PAY and I was stucket on this page.

I click on Continue to payment and nothing happens.

I registered my credit card and address in billing page before.

Furthermore, I wasted 2 hours with this basic subscription flow.
I opened ticket to resolve but… waiting…

Anyone can help me?

I used three browsers and one VM, the problem is not Cookies or Browser.
