I received an email 5 days back saying - ‘Action Required - Credit Card Payment Failed’. The Credit Card details are correct and the same card is being used on other platforms - so not sure what the issue is here.
When I login to my Docker Hub account, I do not see any option to Add a new Payment Method. The Payment Methods tab in Billing section is just frozen, I’m not able to add or edit anything.
My user has the owner access.
I mailed them 5 days back but haven’t heard back so far.
Just noticed that now I am unable to view the organization’s repositories as well. It shows a small icon with a lock.
Does anyone know how I can go about this?
