It looks like you have an issue with Docker Hub, possibly caused by a bug. We can move the topic to the Docker Hub category, but I’m still not exactly sure what you mean by web login management. Do you mean what you can access on this page? https://app.docker.com/settings/2fa-setup
I remember something similar from the past. Have you tried a password that started with a number?
It shouldn’t be a problem, so if it was not allowed, it is still a bug, but at least you could have a way to finish the 2FA setting.
