Latest update is causing Docker not to work on a whole bunch of computers /no older versions available

The latest update caused Docker to no longer work at all, not just for me but for many many people.
Docker crashes at startup. If you look at the docker/for-win issue reporting you will see that the 80% of the issues reported the last 5 or 6 days are about this. I took a couple out of a snapshot and mention them at the bottom of this topic.

I am working on a project, where Docker is a necessity. And it not working is causing the loss of valuable days. And unfortunately my latest backup/restore point does not have Docker. And Docker not supplying older versions of the software is in this case not helping the community either. I can not go back to an older version that was working for me.

So please fix the problem asap. or allow downloads of older versions.
