Mfsymlinks on docker for linux?

(This is not a dropbox for windows question; bear with me)

So I’m now running Linux via Docker For Windows out of a Dropbox directory. On the linux container I use symlinks, which are rendered on the windows side as mfsymlinks. This works great.

I also run the same container (rebuilt from scratch) on my Linux box, where everything works except the mfsymlinks. I would like very much to be able to have my volume mounts on docker for Linux use the mfsymlinks mount option, but I can’t see any way to muck with the mount options. Help?
