Microsoft windowsservercore license

Hi,
Can you tell me if the license allows me to run the windowsservercore container image on Windows 10.
The license terms are only talking about “Host Software” but the latest sentence talks about “underlying Windows Server host”.

So I don’t know if my host must be Windows Server 2016 or if I can use Windows 10…
