No Toolbox installer link

I’m following the instructions to download and install Docker Toolbox from this page https://docs.docker.com/engine/installation/mac/

The instructions say:

1. Go to the Docker Toolbox. (https://www.docker.com/products/overview#/docker_toolbox)
2. Click the installer link to download.

If I go to that page, THERE IS NO installer link to download. I have even googled “Docker Toolbox installer” and it can’t be found anywhere. Are the instructions simply outdated? Where is that link?
