I am writing for one of my colleagues. He forgot his password and password reset feature is not working. Whenever his email is submitted in password reset screen, page just reloads and the form gets cleared. It would be very helpful if you may reset the password or email instructions to his email id. Account details are as below.
Please ask your colleague to email us at support@docker.com from his yahoo address. We can then manually verify his email address and he’ll be able to get the password reset.
