Can't reset password

Hello,

I’m trying to log in with my company email address but, I never receive the reset password email. I know the email is associated with an account because when I tried to use this email address from another account, I’m getting the “Email address already in use.” error.

So, I can’t use that email address nor reset the password of the account connected to that email address.

Any insight, here?
