Problem with container Jacobalberty/unifi on Synology DS713+

Hello,
I have installed Docker on a Synology DS713+ and started the container Jacobalberty/unifi LATEST
Docker says this container is running.
When I try to open the website my-synology-ip-address:8443 my unifi controller page does not open.
When I start the terminal in Dockers and run the command service unifi status, I get the answer that unifi is not running.
I then give the command service unifi start and service unifi status.
Then I get the answer that unifi is running.
When I try to open the website my-synology-ip-address:8443 my unifi controller page does not open.
Grateful if anyone has a suggestion on things I can test to be able to use this container?
Fredrik

Can you share how you started the container? As it’s tagged with swarm, I assume it was not started using the ui. Generaly, I would be surprised if swarm services actual work without issues on a Syno.

Since the very first Synology package that came with build-in swarm mode (17.05 something), the swarm mode was/is broken. I have seen published ports not beeing reachble (not every model is affected by this) and environment variables not beeing passed to the container created by the swarm tasks (=what a swarm service schedules on the nodes).

You might want to switch to plain docker containers (docker run, docker-compose or from the Syno-UI), as Synology only made sure those are working on their docker engine.

Sadly not every docker distribution behaves like Docker’s own (vanila) distribution.
