I want to connect an OVS switch with a controller that is running in a docker container. Specifically, my goal is connect two containers (h1 and h2) using OVS connected to docker container that runs a controller.
I have been able to connect containers h1 and h2 when the controller ryu runs on my machine (in localhost), however when I run the ryu in a docker container and configure my ovs switch using the following command for assing to ovs the ip of container that runs the controller ryu:
ovs-vsctl set-controller SWITCH_NAME tcp:IP_CONTAINER_CONTROLLER:6633
The connection between the ovs switch and the container that runs the ryu get lost.
What I can do to solve this problem?
