I use the beta-version of Docker4Windows (lastest beta12).
I have mounted a local drive D: into the Docker-System (over the tray-icon) and all is working inside Docker. But the Kitematic app (latest version 0.10.3) does not show the mounted drives/host-folders for running containers.
