Rate limit not reported since March 31 around 17:00 CEST

Since yesterday I get the following values in the headers when checking the docker hub rate limit. Anyone else also seeing this issue?

RateLimit-Limit: ;w=21600
RateLimit-Remaining: ;w=21600

This happens for both anonymous and for authenticated requests.
