rate limit for anonymous users isn’t resetted after 6 hours. Any known issues on that?

i might be experiencing something similar. i tried pulling an image for the first time in a few months and get a rate-limit-exceeded error message. I checked the stats for the rate limits for anonymous pulls and it shows I have used 100 pulls and have 0 left, but that can’t be because I haven’t made any pull requests at all before the 1 that failed due to the rate-limit-exceeded issue. does anyone know how to fix this?
