Stack API 500 error from Cloud UI

Attempting to create a stack in the classic UI and receiving the following message:

Oops!
Our service is temporarily unavailable. We’ll be back soon!

Dev Tools is showing the following:

POST https://cloud.docker.com/api/app/v1/stack/ 500 (INTERNAL SERVER ERROR)
