This app can't run on your pc to find a version for your pc, check with the software publisher

I downloaded Docker for Windows 11 Pro, using the AMD64 version. During installation, it said that some beta version was required for it to work, but I couldn’t figure it out. So I removed the program using IOBIT, hoping that a clean reinstall might help. However, when I tried to download it again, I got this message: “This app can’t run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.”

Since then, I have tried everything I could think of. I downloaded and enabled the latest version of WSL, turned on SVM Virtualization in the BIOS, deleted any remaining files including hidden ones, but I still get the same error. Can someone please help me? This is urgent.

Please share the exact filename of the downloaded installer you are using.

Docker Desktop Installer.exe

I hoped to see the architecture in the name. The error you get is typical if you try to install the arm version.

Please try this download link: https://desktop.docker.com/win/main/amd64/Docker%20Desktop%20Installer.exe?utm_source=docker&utm_medium=webreferral&utm_campaign=docs-driven-download-win-amd64

Then try installing it again.
