Timed out while waiting for Docker daemon to be ready

Hi , i am new to Docker and installing Docker Desktop for Windows.
Note ( Virtualization enable in Bios)
After installing and selecting docker run as windows container , i am getting below error.

Timed out while waiting for Docker daemon to be ready
