Unable to access the Docker repository release file on Kali Linux, causing issues with installing Docker

It’s an updating issue I have with docker.

I’m using kali Linux

I’m running Docker version 20.10.22, build 3a2c30b

on my terminal I ran “sudo apt update” but it keeps throwing an error.
