Unable to create logical partition for docker

Our application installation expect the following logical partition of disk , how do we can have the following in docker .

[root@thetemplate ~]# mount
/dev/mapper/vg01-lv_root on / type ext4 (rw)
proc on /proc type proc (rw)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,gid=5,mode=620)
tmpfs on /dev/shm type tmpfs (rw,rootcontext=“system_u:object_r:tmpfs_t:s0”)
/dev/mapper/vg01-lv_backup on /backup type xfs (rw,noexec,nosuid)
/dev/sda1 on /boot type ext3 (rw)
/dev/mapper/vg01-lv_files_rep on /ci/dat type xfs (rw,noexec,nosuid,nodev)
/dev/mapper/vg01-lv_tmp on /tmp type ext4 (rw,nosuid)
/dev/mapper/vg01-uplogs on /uplogs type xfs (rw,noexec,nosuid,nodev)
/dev/mapper/vg01-lv_vr on /var type ext4 (rw)
/dev/mapper/vg01-lv_db on /var/lib/sql/pgres type xfs (rw,noexec,nosuid,nodev)
none on /proc/sys/fs/binf_misc type binf_mi (rw)

Is your application strictly looking for disk partitions or is it just the mount points that is required? If its looking for exact disks and partitions it is not possible. If its just the directories(mount points) you can achieve that in docker by either creating similar directory structure. You can also make use of docker volumes for persistence.
