Unable to install docker desktop in windows 10 Home Version 1909

Greetings,

Im trying to install Docker Desktop 2.3.0.3 on windows Home version 1909 but the installer stops with the message:

Docker Desktop requires Windows 10 Pro/Enterprise (15063+) or Windows 10 Home (19018+)

I have virtualization enabled (all four items: extensions, 2nd level translation, firmware & data prot ) and WLS.

On the BIOS I have also the virtualization enabled as was mentioned to me in the comments

If you open “cmd” you can see the exact version 10.0.x.y, where x is the needs to be equal or higher than 19018.
Mine is 19041, though I enabled the Slow Ring of the Windows Insider Program.
